Program Description

Yoga

Join us for a beginner-friendly gentle Vinyasa Yoga class. Bring your own yoga mat or towel and any props you may prefer (blocks or strap) and water.

Must Be 12 or Older

This program is specifically geared toward teens and adults. Must be twelve years or older to attend.
