Curbside Pickup

HPL offers Curbside Pick-Up to patrons who are on the go or who are unable to enter the library. Use the form below or call 608-758-6595 to make arrangements and staff will bring your items to your car in the library’s circle drive.

*Please allow library staff 24 hours to prepare your pick-up.

Curbside Pick-Up Process

  • Pull into the lower level circle drive and park. Please stay in your vehicle.
  • Have your library card or ID ready to show library staff.
  • We will meet you at your car within 5 minutes of your scheduled time. 
  • If you do not see a staff person please call 608-758-6595 for assistance.
