READ 700,000 MINUTES BY AUGUST 2:
We’re challenging all participants to help us reach 700,000 minutes of reading this summer! Every minute that you log will help us toward this goal. If we reach 700,000 minutes by August 2, we’ll have a special party on Monday, August 5 from 4-6 p.m.
CREATE YOUR OWN ADVENTURE CHALLENGE!
Complete all 12 reading badges, 24 activity badges, or all 36 badges in this year’s Summer Library Challenge and you’ll receive special recognition at the end of the summer.
If you want to keep track of your reading and activities while you’re offline, try our Adventure Log. Pick one up at the library’s Summer Desk, at HPL Express or on the HPL Bookmobile - or access a printable copy here.
All minutes read and activities completed must be entered into Beanstack in order to earn badges and be eligible for the prizes and drawings.
We want to see your favorite adventures!
It could be an adventure in a book, one you’ve had in Janesville, an adventure you would like to have - or anything you can imagine.
Grab a sheet at the library, draw your adventure, then bring it back to the library so we can post it on our wall of adventures!
Check back often to see the fun experiences people share all summer long!
