Explore Health and Wellness in all forms at the Wellness Fair!

Health and Wellness professionals in the local area will be present to educate the community about their organization and services. Enjoy demonstrations, services, activities, prize drawings, and more as you learn and explore the different ways to be healthy at Hedberg Public Library and in the community! From mental health to massage, from acupuncture to yoga, from health care professionals to dentists, learn about the different providers in the area who may be the right fit for your next wellness experience.

As a hub of the community, Hedberg Public Library wants to bring health and wellness together in an accessible space to promote education, access, and awareness to help take care of personal and community wellness. The Wellness Fair is an offering of the Healthy at Hedberg initiative.

Healthy at Hedberg

Healthy at Hedberg is an all-ages initiative that prioritizes health and wellness through library resources to promote and support healthy habits.

Become a Vendor

Health and Wellness professionals are invited to Become a Vendor at the Wellness Fair!

Help spread the word about the work you do for the wellness of our residents and community! Educate, demonstrate, and provide wellness opportunities to participants who visit your station.

Interested in having a booth or providing a service at our first HPL Wellness Fair? Explore the options and information below to apply!

For questions about vendor applications, please email gdraxler@hedbergpubliclibrary.org

We have three options for vendors to participate in the Wellness Fair.

Vendor fees are used to support Healthy at Hedberg initiatives including events, programs, and collection items.

Non-profit organizations are eligible for 50% off the vendor fee.

STATION - $25 fee

You will provide: Handouts, signage, information, etc. No selling of items or services.

SELLING - $30 fee*

You are permitted to bring items to sell that do not include alcohol, illegal substances, or weapons of any kind.

SERVICE - $35 fee*

You are permitted to bring supplies in order to sell items and/or services. Example: You may bring a massage chair to sell chair massage services.

If you are providing a service, you may want to bring another staff person to engage with patrons while you are busy performing the service. You may implement sign-up sheets, time slots, etc. of any kind you see fit to help organize and manage the administering of your services. Hedberg Public Library staff will not fill either of these roles for you.

*Selling and Service participants are required to fill out the "XXX State Vendor Form" emailed to you upon your confirmation of application, and bring a copy to display of your seller's permit and/or any service license required by your profession. Example: food license, massage therapist license, etc. Also, bring your professional liability forms, and payment methods. Hedberg Public Library is not responsible for any service liabilities or sales security.

  • All vendors, regardless of their selling status, will be expected to uphold the Hedberg Public Library Public Code of Behavior policy in all interactions, with staff, with patrons, and with other vendors. Respect yourself, Respect others, Respect the space.
  • Arrive to Hedberg Public Library no later than 10 a.m. to ensure sufficient set up time. You may begin setup no earlier than 9 a.m. when our doors to the building open. There will be no early entrance.
  • You will be provided with a map of the event and your booth location, as well as other necessary materials when you arrive. You will be provided with any of the amenities you requested in your application form that were previously agreed upon.
  • We ask that you do NOT take down your booth early (before 3 p.m.) for any reason other than an emergency. We want to ensure that all patrons attending the event have the most well-rounded offerings to learn from and experience while they are here.

We will have a variety of wellness topic categories that vendors are permitted to select from. There will be a maximum of three vendors from any one category. For example: no more than three dental providers, three massage therapists, three physical therapists, etc. This is to allow for a variety of categories and wellness topics to be represented where no one category outweighs others, and to allow citizens to learn about the variety of providers in any one area in order to do their own selecting of preferences.

You may only select one category of your wellness area. If you offer multiple wellness modalities you may still feature them at your booth.

Vendor applications will be accepted and approved on a first come, first serve basis as long as all information and needs are feasible. This ensures fairness amongst applicants.
