Space is limited. Seats available on a first come, first served basis.

During this one-hour education program participants will meet several arctic species including our Snowy Owl- the largest owl species in in North America, our Great Gray Owl- the world’s tallest owls species and Golden Eagle- the largest raptor in North America. Folks will learn about their natural history, breeding, habitat and behaviors. These raptors are some of the most beautiful and fascinating birds in the world. Hoo’s Woods program will leave you spellbound, anxious to learn more about these fascinating birds and others. Hoo’s Woods is a non-profit organization established in 1998, dedicated to the rehabilitation and education of raptors.

Hoo's Woods does many programs for children. However, this program is specifically geared toward teens and adults. Must be twelve years or older to attend
