PEEPS-O-RAMA

Back by PEEPular Demand! Join your library Peeps® and create a diorama using Peeps® mallow treats (more than one entry is welcome) then vote for your favorites in our Peeples Choice Awards! Use your imagination, skills, and at least one Peeps® mallow of any variety to create a unique take on a book, movie, pop culture, or ANYTHING that inspires you (and is begging to be created with Peeps® mallows)

FABULOUS trophies will be awarded to the favorites in each category:

• Adults - individual or group
• Teens - individual or group
• Children - individual or group
• Mixed Age Group - any number of Peeps of various ages working together

Guidelines:

• 1. All entries must include at least one Peeps® mallow of any variety (the more the better)
• 2. All entries must fit inside a standard shoe or boot box 
• 3. All entries must have the title affixed, creator name must not be visible but should be affixed somewhere on the box.
• 4. All entries must be turned in at the library between March 20-23 at the Children's Desk.

Peeples Choice Voting between 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. on Saturday, March 23.

Trophies awarded & displayed from March 25-30, 2024.

FAQ:

QUESTION: May adults help children construct their dioramas? ANSWER: We love that Peeps help each other; if you (the adult) feel you have done MORE THAN 50% of the actual crafting, maybe put that one in the Mixed Age category and have your child build another one using their new Peeps building skills. Remember, Peeps-o-rama is just for fun! No need for PEEPfection!

QUESTION: May I use a non-shoe/boot box? ANSWER: Yes, as long as it's still about the same size (and not larger) than a shoe/boot box.

QUESTION: What do the winning Peeps builders receive? ANSWER: Mostly pride of accomplishment, but also a really nifty trophy crafted by your library Peeps!
