Memory Café: Container Gardening

Join us to discuss spring flowers and to make a container garden for you to enjoy at your home.

A Memory Café is a social gathering for individuals who are experiencing early-stage memory loss or dementia and attend with a family member, friend, or a care partner.  A Memory Café is a safe and welcoming space to connect, find support, and enjoy a sense of community and purpose.
