Event Details
Join us for an evening of mind and body relaxation. We will have gentle seated yoga poses to warm up the body, followed by an hour long guided meditation and singing bowl session.
Those with pace makers and heart conditions are not advised to participate. Please consult your health care professional before attending.
We will be resting for an extended time on the ground. Please bring a yoga mat, pillows, or personal sized blankets to make yourself comfortable. We have a limited amount of yoga mats to borrow.
