Visit with a registered dietician to learn about eating disorders, do a brief screening, and find support and resources for treatment. Worried about a loved one? The screening tool may also be completed to evaluate someone else.
This screening is to identify someone at risk and is not counseling or formal dietitian services. No diagnosis will be given.
