HPL and HPL Express are closed all day Tuesday, December 24, Wednesday, December 25, and Wednesday, January 1, and at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, December 31. Regular hours resume Thursday, January 2. 

Bookmobile- Juneteenth Celebration

Event Details

HPL and Bookmobile services will join in on the local celebration for Juneteenth at Riverside Park in Beloit.  This event is hosted by local organizations captured Black history and celebrated an important piece of that, while drawing in community members of all ethnicities.
