Project 16:49 is a local non-profit serving Rock County’s unaccompanied homeless youth, ages 14-21. Project 16:49 ensures every young person has access to the services and support they need to remain in school, graduate, and become self-sufficient adults. Services include emergency food and shelter, Foodshare enrollment, safe housing, hygiene and school supplies, clothing, assistance in obtaining birth certificates and social security cards, physical and mental health care, and more.
