Chair Yoga

Join us for a gentle yoga class perfect for anyone with mobility or balance challenges, or for those who work while seated. Chair provided. Please bring any other props you like to use for yoga.

This program is specifically geared toward teens and adults. Must be twelve years or older to attend.
