Gerald H. Litney
Gerald H. Litney grew up in Janesville’s Fourth Ward, left school after seventh grade and went to work for Janesville Shirt and Overall. He briefly worked with the railroad, Samson Tractor, and then with Rock River Woolen Mill in the 1920s. He was an active union organizer for the Textile Workers.
