List of Acceptable Identification

A free card is issued to most Wisconsin residents showing acceptable name and address identification.

• Driver's license
• Bank book or statement
• Current bill on company letterhead, recieved via the mail with current postmark
• Copy of renter's lease
• Wisconsin state ID
• Motor vehicle registration
• Property tax receipt
• Wisconsin hunting or fishing license
