Proposals are evaluated based on how the program supports HPL’s Mission and Vision, the potential interest and benefit to our patrons, and the contribution to our overall programming plan. Note that all programs must comply with the library’s Program Policy, which specifies that a program must be open to the public and no admission may be charged.
